Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in light of new Massachusetts regulations we are able to provide TELEHEALTH phone medical care for acute or chronic conditions.  Please call our office (978) 594-8980 or submit request below to schedule your TELEMEDICINE APPOINTMENT*.

We will call back in 24 hours during business hours Monday through Friday to reconfirm your telemedicine visit within 24 hours.

Alexander Katz, MD, CEO

Dr. Katz is not only an experienced and caring doctor but also CEO of Century Medical Clinic in Salem. He is a board certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing in MA since 2005.

His professional interests include chronic disease management and women’s health.

Louisa Codier, NP

Louisa Codier is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner fluent in English and Spanish.  After completing her service in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps, she attended South University in Savannah, GA where she completed her advanced studies and residencies.
